FRONT OF HOUSE

We have a front of house opportunity at our boutique salon in Bishops Stortford. As front of house, you will benefit from working in an exclusive and modern environment where luxury and discretion are guaranteed for every client.

We are searching for a fantastic full-time Front of House/Receptionist who is able to deliver a warm welcome and excellent, seamless customer experience to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Taking bookings, greeting clients, serving refreshments and providing a high level of customer service.

• Helping the salon manager with administrative tasks and helping to maintain the salon appearance.

• Liaising with third parties as required such as salon booking providers, suppliers, etc.

• Providing clients with advice on products. (Training provided)

• Cash handling

• Updating Social Media Platforms (Training Provided)

Requirements

• Some experience of the hairdressing and beauty industry would be an advantage, but overall training will be provided onsite.

• You must be an organised person with excellent communication skills, a good understanding of customer service, and have a very friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Computer literacy and the ability to learn the salon appointment booking system (training provided). Prior experience of bookings systems would be an advantage.
