APPRENTICE

We are seeking bright, enthusiastic, and energetic young people with a genuine passion for hairdressing. As an apprentice you will benefit from our bespoke SX training programme for current year school leavers, and previous year intake, working and learning from some of the best in the industry.

Earn whilst you learn and gain your NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 qualifications with 1 day release for college. Once completed, this will allow for many exciting opportunities to further your career within Strictly Xtended.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe, healthy and clean environment.

• Assisting senior stylists to deliver salon services.

• Engaging positively with clients and promoting a positive image of yourself and the salon.

• Greeting and gowning clients in readiness for hairdressing services.

• Preparing tools, equipment and products for services.

• Carrying out shampooing, conditioning treatments, removing colours, and any other tasks deemed suitable under supervision, if required.

• Answering the telephone, dealing with enquiries, and making appointments.

• Processing client payments.

• Making and serving refreshments for clients.

• Promoting salon services and products.

• Ensuring the salon is clean and tidy.

• Commitment to training by attending all training session, assessments, and reviews.

• Helping to remove hair extensions

• Preparing hair extensions ready for service.
