Please read these terms carefully before using the Site and taking out a service. By using the Site and obtaining a service or product, you confirm your acceptance of these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms, you should exit the Site immediately and refrain from using it and engaging in a service within the salon.

1.GOVERNING LAW

1.1 These terms are governed by English law. Acceptance of our terms Your continued use of this Website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE

2.1 All intellectual property in material contained in this website belongs to Strictly Xtended or under licence from third party owners.

2.4 The name Strictly Xtended, may not be used in any form of advertising, including advertorials.

3.1 Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

3.2 Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

3.3 You do not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
3.3.1 you agree that you will not use any part of the Site to:
(a) commit or encourage any criminal offense;
(b) send or receive any material which is offensive, or which may be abusive, indecent, obscene or menacing, or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other rights.  In the event we believe any material falls within any or all of these categories we shall be entitled to remove it without notice;

3.4 The use of information obtained from the Site is at your sole discretion and risk.
3.5 We take reasonable precautions to prevent viruses and malicious code on the Site, but you are responsible for ensuring that anything downloaded from the Site is suitable for use on your computer and is free from viruses and malicious code and we exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all liability that may arise in connection with or as a result of any failure to do so.

4.LINKS

4.1 Links to third party websites on the Site are provided solely for your convenience and service. If you choose to use a hypertext link then you will leave the Site. Once you leave the Site, whether or not you realise that you are leaving, we are no longer in any way responsible for the material on the other website that you enter.  We do not endorse or make any representations about these third party websites or any material found there.  We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability that may arise in connection with or as a result of damage caused by such external website material including without limitation any damage, costs, injury or financial loss.

4.2 Whilst we retain the right to establish any Hypertext Links* between the Site and any third party website at our discretion, you agree that you will not create any Hypertext Links or Deep Links** between the Site and any third party website without our express prior written consent. *Hypertext Links are a means by which visitors can skip from one website to another or from one page to another within the same website. **Deep Links are similar to Hypertext Links but they take visitors into the website bypassing the home page on the third party website.

5.GENERAL

5.1 We reserve the right to change any part of the Site or these terms at any time without notice.
5.2 We may vary these terms from time to time. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you by electronic mail or by posting a prominent announcement on the Site.
5.2 Any personal details we collect from you will only be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.4 If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

6.HAIR EXTENSIONS

6.1 Strictly Xtended takes no responsibility for the quality of these products.

6.2 We use a number of products from third parties. Brands can vary and change. If you have an issue with a product (hair extensions) used within your service you must notify the salon immediately. Faulty products must be reported to the company within 30 days of use for testing.

6.3 Strictly Xtended will send your hair off on your behalf and wait for a decision to be made regarding your complaint, this can take up to 28 days to receive a decision.

6.4 Strictly Xtended takes no responsibility for storing clients hair extensions within the salon. Any hair left on the premises will be disposed of after 6 months.

7. HAIR EXTENSION SERVICE

7.1 If you would like to make a correction made to your hair this must be done within 5 working days of having the service, otherwise you will be charged for any alterations or adaptations.

8. DEPOSITS

8.1 Hair Extension Packages: We take 50% deposit to go towards the cost of ordering the hair extensions and secure you booking the appointment. Once a deposit has been paid it is non-refundable.

8.2 Booking Appointments: At the time of booking an appointment within the salon or online, a minimum deposit of 25% will be required and be deducted at the end of service.

8.3 Deposits taken for a service and not used, will only be valid for 3 months.

9. CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Users may cancel bookings made online, subject to the cancellation being made prior to the cancellation period of 48hrs. As defined by Strictly Xtended at the time of booking and any reservation fees/deposits are refunded to the card used at the time of booking.

9.2 A cancellation of an appointment after the cancellation period (48hrs) has expired will result in loss of the reservation fee/deposit. The amount lost depends on the total cost of your booking but will be no more than the amount initially charged. If Strictly Xtended unilaterally cancels the whole booking the reservation fee/deposit will be credited back to the card used at the time of booking. If the Salon only partially cancels a booking, your reservation/deposit fee will not change.

If an appointment has not been cancelled before the applicable cancellation period, the salon reserves the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee/deposit paid online).

If you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise Strictly Xtended to charge to your credit card or debit card or other payment method without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your total booking value (less any deposit fee/reservation paid) or an amount that might be set out in the Strictly Xtended terms and conditions.

In the case of group bookings if any part of your group fail to arrive by the agreed appointment time, you authorise the service provider to charge to your credit card or debit card or other payment method an amount lower or equal to the booking value for the persons that have not arrived on time (less any deposit fee/reservation paid) or an amount that might be set out in the Strictly Xtended terms and conditions.

9.3 Cancellations made outside of the salon operating hours or when closed can be made via email, social media, WhatsApp or leaving a voicemail. A client reserves their right to a full refund of the reservation/ deposit fee.

9.4 Cancellations due to Covid-19 that falls outside our cancellation policy will have the right to reschedule an appointment within 4 weeks. A full payment will be charged to your credit or debit card. Payments cannot be transferred to another appointment after 4 weeks.

10.DELIVERY & POSTAGE

10.1 Strictly Xtended cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control.

10.2 Goods will only be shipped to the cardholder’s registered address to avoid any fraudulent transactions. You may be required to sign for the delivery.

10.3 All orders for delivery in the UK are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order. All items are either posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery or by 1st Class Standard Delivery depending on your chosen option. Whilst we specify the delivery time periods on your order, we cannot guarantee these although generally our delivery company have a good track record for delivering on time.

11.PAYMENTS FOR KLARNA

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom

  • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: , the United Kingdom.

  • Direct bank transfer: Available in the United Kingdom. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.

  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.

  • Card Payments: Available in the United Kingdom. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Billpay’s/Klarna’s payment options In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options and to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s and BillPay’s privacy notices.

For Direct bank transfer, your personal data such as contact and order details, will be processed by Klarna.

For Pay Now (SOFORT Direct Banking) Your personal data such as contact and order details, will be processed by Klarna.

12.COMPLAINTS

We appreciate that occasionally we will receive complaints or negative reports of a person’s experience or the service Strictly Xtended has provided. We are committed to dealing with this as quickly and courteously as possible and reaching a satisfactory resolution for all involved, including taking steps to prevent the situation from recurring. If however you would like to report your complaint in writing you can do so via email to Abigail Ramsay.
